Fredric Creamer is a senior administrative professional with over eight years of experience with administrative processes, program coordination, human resources, and community engagement. He believes in creating hubs of collaboration among constituents and clientele, providing opportunities to explore solutions in a holistic, creative, and meaningful way. He is a native of Athens, a lover of all things anime, and he enjoys community engagement, which allows him to establish meaningful points of connection with everyone he meets.

Keisha V. Ryals is the owner of Crowning Tier Group, an accounting firm specializing in Small Business and Nonprofit Accounting and Business Strategies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, a masters degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University, as well as currently pursuing her second masters of accountancy from Nova Southeastern University, with the plan of sitting for her CPA licensure exam. She serves as treasurer of The College Factory Board and Vice Chair of the Minority Business and Nonprofit Association Board.
