Eva and I are sprucing up 7650 Carmelita in Atascadero for tomorrow’s open house, which is from 10 AM to 2 PM. (Saturday May 2nd)
This is not my listing, but I have been holding it open for an agent in Orange County, Alex Horowitz.
I’ve grown rather fond of the this old girl (built in 1958) as I’ve spent lots of time here recently. Some favorite touches are the sunny blue kitchen, the mature rose bushes, and a bit of Haviland China that makes me feel at home. I call it “Grandma Chic”. Genuinely curious as the Black Friday sales and enthusiasm seems to be dying down.

While interest rates are not like they were in 2021:
Interest rates have decreased by .25% to .50% from where they were three weeks ago. The biggest downward movement happened on Friday and holds true today (Monday). This equals about a $200 a month lower mortgage payment on a $650k loan amount.

Congratulations to this cute and excited little family on the close of Los Osos Road in Atascadero. In there baby’s first bithday they closed on their first forever home which included three goats with purchase. Bring on all the birthday parties of September ans beyond!
