After 30 years and 8 months with State Bank of Ashland and West Central Bank, Kim Scholes is officially retiring on Saturday, January 24. She will be working Saturday at the drive up. Feel free to stop by and see her on Saturday to congratulate her on this milestone.

Our Android App is back up and running! If you currently have the app on your phone, just access it to update. If you do not have the app on your phone, go to the Google Play/Android Store and download "WCBank". Once downloaded, you should be able to enter your username and password to access. We are aware of an issue affecting all Android phones and the ability to access our app. Currently our app for Android devices cannot be updated or downloaded from the Google Play Store. We are working on getting this issue corrected. In the meantime, Android users can access their online banking through the web browser on their phone and navigating to our website – www.westcentralbank.com. From here you can enter your online banking user ID and password to access your account information. Please call your local West Central Bank branch if you have any questions or problems logging on to your account through the website. We will send an update as soon as a resolution to this issue is completed. Thank you!

Due to the recent increase in fraudulent calls, we want to remind our customers to be vigilant with their account information.

West Central Bank Fraud Center will never ask for account or debit card information. Never give out any information regarding your debit card or account unless you initiated the call.

When in doubt, please contact your local WCB branch for assistance with any messages or phone calls you may receive.

All West Central Bank ATMs are currently out of service except for Walby's in Ashland, Skateland in Springfield, and JBS in Beardstown. If you use a non-West Central Bank ATM and incur a service charge, please call your branch and we will refund these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

With the holidays upon us, scam attempts are increasing. Please remember, the West Central Bank Fraud Center will never ask for account or debit card information. Never give out any information regarding your debit card or account over the phone unless you initiated the call.
Also, beware of scam text messages and emails from what may appear to be a legitimate source. Never click on a link included in an email or text message unless you recognize the sender.
When in doubt, please contact your local WCB branch for assistance with any messages you receive.
