Town of Biltmore Forest Town of Biltmore Forest is a planned residential community home to 1,365 residents and minutes from Department of Interior in March 1990.

The Town of Biltmore Forest was incorporated in 1923 and was determined eligible for Determination as a Historic District by the U.S. The idea of preserving and enhancing nature is at the core of the beauty of Biltmore Forest and helps guide the ordinance makers, administrators, developers and residents of the Town.

The Town of Biltmore Forest Administration and Public Works Departments will be closed Monday, December 25-Wednesday, December 27 in observance of the Christmas holiday. The Biltmore Forest Police Department will operate on a normal schedule and remain fully staffed.

Solid Waste and Recycling Pickup Delayed One (1) Day

Solid waste and recycling pickups will be delayed one (1) day and will resume with Monday pickups on Tuesday, December 26th. This same solid waste and recycling schedule will be in effect the following week as Town offices and Public Works will be closed on New Year's Day.

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!

Visit Santa Claus on Sunday morning, December 24th at 9:00am!!

Santa will be riding down Vanderbilt Road at 9:00am and then make a quick stop to say hello to all the girls and boys for about 10 minutes outside the Town Hall at 9:10am. Santa has to stay on schedule with his deliveries, so, he will then ride down Stuyvesant Road and exit to the Parkway entrance.

Our annual 4th of July parade/picnic is right around the corner! The parade registration begins at 9am in front of the Town Hall. Prizes will be awarded for best costume, best dressed pet, and best wheels(bicycles, tricycles, strollers, and wagons). The parade then travels to Rosebank Park for food, fun, and great music from the Caribbean Cowboys! The picnic ends at noon.

The Town phone lines are back up and functioning. Please be aware, our voicemail is still not working but you may call in during business hours at the Town Hall and Public Works. Police Department is 24/7.

Reminder-registration for the 4th of July parade begins at 9:15am on the 4th in front of Town Hall. Parade winners will be announced at 9:40am and the parade will immediately follow. Festivities at the park will begin at 10am.

Our annual 4th of July Celebration is next Saturday, July 4th! Have fun in the sun with your neighbors and enjoy hot dogs, ice cream, sno-cones, and watermelon! There will also be face painting, balloon figurines, and inflatables to enjoy! Registration for the parade begins at 9:15am outside the Town Hall if you would like to participate in the categories of, "best costume", "best wheels", and "best dressed pet." The parade will begin immediately following the announcement of the winners at 9:40am.
