We’ve recently received several calls from clients who have received texts or emails with a link requesting payment to prevent their policy from being cancelled.

Please use extreme caution with these messages. Some of the recent messages have included incorrect policy/account information and incorrect amounts due — even when the client did not actually have a payment due.

🔒 If you receive a message asking you to make a payment:
• Do not click the link until you’ve verified it
• Check that your policy/account information and amount due are correct
• When in doubt, call our office directly and we’ll be happy to verify your account and payment status

Your security is important to us. If something doesn’t look right, give us a call before making a payment! 📞
