For sellers: interest rates are lower so more buyers are ready to buy but inventory is still low so prices are still high.

For buyers: sellers want to catch this hot market so more properties will be available to consider and you have more buying power due to the lower interest rates.

I predict rates will drop even more as it's an election year.
