At the end of 2022 the firm had acquired 11 residential lots off Town Mountain Road, in Asheville North Carolina. I am happy to announce that at the beginning of this month, 9 of the 11 residential lots we sold off market as a package deal! This acquisitions/disposition turned out to be a great success story for all parties involved since the 9 lots that were sold offer plenty of upside for the new owner and we made a significant return on our investment!
