I love the way realtors spin their listings, like taking beautiful pictures and cropping out the trailer park that surrounds the house like a horseshoe. This one though.. my hat is off to this creative soul 😂😂

Yep, or you could sit back and try timing the market. Of course, historically your odds of success with that are right up there with winning the powerball. The best time is always now, just buy below your means, never ever overextend.
