Closing day for my remarkable client! 🎉🎈🗝️ Congratulations on this major milestone and thank you so much for allowing me to guide you on the journey. 🙏😄

The Total Grand Slam:

My client moved here from California and wanted to take advantage of his VA benefits to purchase a home. I’ll tell you that he’s certainly glad he did and was in shock with what we were able to accomplish:

- He was able to finance 100% of the VA loan

-His home appraised for over 15k of what he bought it for 💰

Congratulations to my astounding clients for closing on their new home in Arden! 🗝️🎊🏡

It was a cold day here in Asheville, but this journey has been nothing but warm. ☺️🙏

The mortgage process isn’t usually described as fun, but they certainly made me feel that way.. and I think we had a real seamless journey through it all.

They were diligent with hopping on documents, communicating promptly, asking questions about uncertainty and kept smiles on their faces the whole time. They even brought me a closing gift which just absolutely blew me away!

We got to connect over Colorado, teaching,and all things Asheville. I’m so grateful to have been apart of this journey with them and to have been able to share some laughs along the way.

Closed in West Asheville! 🗝️🎁🎊

Congratulations to my extraordinary clients on their new home! 🙌🕺

Story of Champions:

They had a couple houses that they bid on that went under contract with a higher bidder. It’s always difficult when that happens, but they always had positive spirits and kept on persevering. Like many before. it was a total hidden blessing as they found the perfect abode that was written in the stars for them! 💫

Not only that.. but their incredible agent was able to negotiate this beauty down WAY UNDER Asking price!! (Sayyy whattt!?)

So grateful to have connected with them and they made my job easy. I also just really enjoyed learning and connecting over several things in common- including both us having babies that are very close in age. So fun. ☺️

What documents do you need to get pre-approved?

Here’s a list to save and share! 😎

Everyone’s situation is different and this is just a great starting guide of what we generally request to look at. Underwriting may ask for more once we’re under contract, but I’ll be there to walk you through what we need exactly.

I also suggest starting with a quick call to help filter out unneeded documents, verbally guide you through the current market and home-buying process, and help alleviate any stress or concerns you may have up front.

Remember that I am here to help create pathways and not barricade the doors for homeownership! Also, I get paid by the lenders, don’t charge clients for my guidance and ultimately work for FREE for you up until we are officially closed and the lenders send me a check. (No out of pocket costs for you)

Happy New House Day to my remarkable client!! ☺️👏🎊🗝️

Congratulations to my fantastic client who just scooped up this one in Valdese, NC!
