Our office has new hours until further notice. We will be open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. We will be closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30.

We are open Monday- Friday 9am-12pm. Our phone lines and internet are down. We are able to file claims outside of the office next day. We are doing everything in our power to help our customers. We are praying for all of you. If there is anything we can help you with, please let us know.

For billing - please know that policies will not go into cancellation:

On September 30, 2024, The North Carolina Insurance Commissioner, Mike Causey, issued an order that activated several provisions of state statute including premium deferrals.
The deferrals will be automated so that if a customer with a policy effective prior to September 30 is not able to pay their premium, no cancellation will be issued (and no late fees will accrue) during the time that the order is active.

The order impacts and applies to residents of the following counties: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Clay, Cleveland, Gaston, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Transylvania, Watauga, Wilkes and Yancey. Also included is the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians of North Carolina.
