As a first time homebuyer, I expected the process to be overwhelming and stressful, but his professionalism, patience, and communication made everything feel much more manageable.
He was always quick to respond to my questions and incredibly efficient when it came to submitting documents and keeping everything moving. If anything, he was usually the one patiently waiting for me to catch up with signatures or provide the information he needed! He never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the process.
His communication was excellent, and I always felt like I could reach out if I had a question or needed clarification. Having someone so responsive and organized made such a difference during what can easily be a stressful experience.
I truly appreciate everything Carleton did to help me purchase my first home. If I ever decide to buy another house in the future, I would absolutely reach out to him again. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, patient, and reliable lender!
