A few months ago, I had to sit my team down for a hard conversation.

Deal flow was down.
Contracts were down.
Acquisitions were down.

And the truth? I took my eye off the ball. I wasn’t tracking our KPIs, and the results showed.

At one point, we only had 3 properties under contract — far below our goals.
So I had to recommit: I put my head down, disappeared for a bit, and did the work.

✅ Intentional networking
✅ Direct-to-seller outreach
✅ Finding and vetting leads
✅ Analyzing deals
✅ Making offers — daily

Fast forward…
We now have 71 properties under contract.
A new personal best for one month. 🙌

Lesson:
If your business, situation, or life isn’t producing the result you want —
it’s not because you can’t.
It’s because you’re not putting in the required effort to get there.

Keep the main thing the main thing. 💯
