3 years of trying to get this leg right. 3 years of no running, no football, no basketball, no boxing, no jiu jitsu. 3 years of frustration not being able to do the things I love. ⁣
⁣
I would finally get it rehabed to the point where I thought it was ready to go and then it would break again. They say stress fractures are an athletes curse and as much as that seems true in my case, I refuse to believe it. I will overcome this.⁣

Now this post isn't a pity party, it's not about my leg and it's not even about me. It's about remaining positive in any hardship or adversity you're currently going through. ⁣
⁣
Life will knock you down all day, everyday if it could but are you going to let it? Are you just going to lay down defeated or are you the type of person that will get up everytime and come back stronger than before? ⁣
⁣
Whatever it is you're going through, whether it's a death in the family, you're in business and just lost a big deal, you don't know what it is you want to do with your life, etc....ALWAYS remain optimistic and know it will get better. It's all about your mindset and how you approach each setback 👀😎
