California Heritage Insurance Services has multiple full-time positions available in Arroyo Grande and Santa Maria. We are a team looking for the right people to join us.

This is an opportunity for a career.

Unlicensed staff will be paid while in training to obtain a California Insurance License with all expenses paid. The position starts at $15.00 per hour for unlicensed staff and you will receive a $3.00 per hour raise immediately upon receiving your license which can be accomplished in a week. Most of our agents are earning $18.00 per hour by their first paycheck.

Licensed staff will start at $18.00 plus commission. This is not a telemarketing job and you will be paid to service our already existing clientele. On average our agents earn $25-$30 per hour.

This is a 9-5 Monday thru Friday job. We are family run and understand the need for paid time off especially for single parents. We are looking someone who will be here for years not months.

You must have reliable transportation or the ability to arrive at work everyday on time.

You must have an absolutely spotless criminal record to meet state requirements for our industry.

This job is perfect for people who love to sit face to face with clients, talk, chat and laugh while you guide them through the insurance process.

There are many phone calls to take and make and we spend on average 1-2 hours per day on the phone.

This job does not provide a lot of room for error or accommodation as every single transaction has an effect on many people lives and well being.
