Insurance CSR Needed

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer incoming call inquires related to insurance policies, insurance coverage questions, as well as consumer complaints and general billing questions.
• Apply changes to consumer policies as requested.
• Daily policy servicing activities.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer database systems.
• Previous customer service experience for this position is preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A general understanding of personal lines insurance policies preferred.
• A willingness to learn the Independent Agency process.
• Current MO P&C license.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Flexible schedule

• Monday to Friday
