We operate multiple direct branch locations and are licensed in 48 counties (consisting of 90% of the state’s population) in Texas. Texas Title also operates numerous fee attorney locations throughout the state of Texas. At Texas Title, we recognize that each lender, realtor, borrower, or homeowner is different. 📣🏡 Texas Title Insurance Rate Update

Beginning March 1, 2026, Texas Title Insurance Basic Premium Rates will decrease by 6.2% statewide.

This reduction may help lower overall closing costs for buyers on eligible transactions moving forward.

If you have transactions scheduled for March 1 or later, the Texas Title team is happy to walk you or your clients through the details and answer any questions.
