Conventional Rates mid to upper 6%
VA & FHA are sitting upper 5% to low 6%

Key takeaway: definitely seeing some opportunities to either negotiate closing costs and may not have to compete in a super tough market right now!

However, since inventory is still low, you still will likely see some other offers you’ll go up against.
