State Farm said Thursday that it will return $2 billion in auto insurance premiums to its customers because fewer motorists are on the road as a result of the new coronavirus.

Outside of taking cash payments, most of what we do can be completed over the phone or via email. This includes new applications for coverage, including home, auto and life insurance policies.

Payments by major credit/debit cards and EFT can be processed by phone or online at anytime for no charge. We are also backed by a 24/7 network of service and claims associates who, if needed, can work remotely to continue to deliver the promise made to you.

The safety of those we take care of is always important to us!
