Mobile Banking Users! Please read this update below from our core provider:

Soon, mobile devices will be required to use the following operating system versions to be able to view, download, and update the CSI Mobile Banking app:
• Apple devices must have iOS 15 or greater.
• Android devices must have Android version 13 or greater.

Users who already have the app installed can continue to use it, but devices that do not meet the new requirements will stop receiving app updates. Over time, those users will begin experiencing a loss of functionality. They will also lose access to some app features as new updates are released. End Users with older devices may be able to update to a compatible operating system version.
