🥎 REGION 1 SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP IS SET

Ballard Memorial is headed to the title game.

The Lady Bombers took down Paducah Tilghman 6-1 in the semifinals to punch their ticket to Wednesday night’s KHSAA 1st Region Fast Pitch Softball Championship.

On the other side, Hickman County edged McCracken County 4-3 to keep its postseason run alive.

Now it comes down to this:

Imposter scams occur when scammers call you from what looks like a legit phone number. Your caller ID may show the name of a business you know or look like it is from a government agency. The scammer may try and gain your trust to convince you they are who they claim to be, then ask you for sensitive information like bank account numbers, debit card information, or answers to security questions.

Remember that banks do NOT ask for your sensitive information.

If you receive a call asking for your sensitive information, even if it is from what looks like a legitimate phone number, do NOT divulge your information. Simply hang up and call the business directly to verify.
