Today I took time for me — because our health deserves priority, no matter how busy life gets.

In June alone, I lost four people who I knew, or I worked with, or were in my close environment..… three of them were younger than I am. 💔 It was a heartbreaking reminder that illness doesn’t wait, and it doesn’t discriminate by age.

You can eat healthy, exercise, and do everything right — and still, things can happen. That’s why preventive care matters. 🙏

Let this be your sign: schedule your check-up, get your labs done, and stay on top of your health.

Hoy me dediqué un momento a mí misma, porque la salud debe ser prioridad sin importar lo ocupado que estemos.

Este mes de junio perdí a cuatro personas que conocía, o trabajaron conmigo, o estaban en mi entorno… tres de ellas más jóvenes que yo. 💔 Fue un recordatorio fuerte de que las enfermedades no discriminan por edad.

Puedes comer bien, hacer ejercicio y cuidarte, y aún así, algo puede surgir. Por eso es tan importante la prevención. 🙏

Tómalo como una señal: haz tu chequeo médico, hazte tus análisis, y cuida tu salud.
No se puede dar desde una copa vacía. 💉❤️‍🩹
