The truth is Fear sells, and that’s what the media profits from.
They aren’t going to tell you that the real estate cycles are normal and that we always see peaks and valleys in real estate values. Instead, they’ll scare you into making rash decisions when the slowdown we are seeing is normal real estate behavior.

You might not believe me, but I will show you how in a couple of seconds.

Yes, it’s possible with the DSCR Program.
Your mortgage is based on the rental income that you will use to pay the mortgage. In addition, you don’t have to verify your employment income, which is great if you’re self-employed or newly employed.

You will need a down payment, but every investment needs some money down.
So the more you put down, the more equity you’ll have and the lower your mortgage payment, which means more cash flow.
