Insurance Customer Relations Specialist at Watkins Insurance Agency LLC

Are you a meticulous person passionate about customer service? Watkins Insurance Agency LLC is a trusted, independent agency looking for a detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial Lines Department and support our mission of protecting our clients!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Client Support: Process payments, answer calls, emails, and take new business/ servicing information.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist agents with managing correspondence, maintaining files, and renewal documents.
• Compliance: Maintain records in line with industry regulations and principles.
• System Management: Utilize agency management systems for data/records.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in handling Customer Service situations with patience and professionalism, ideally in insurance or finance.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• A proactive attitude and desire to learn more about the insurance landscape!
• Active Insurance License preferred but not required.
