We are looking for a PT Customer Service Rep in Swanton by the airport.
Monday-Friday
3:30pm to 8:30pm
Responsibilities:
 Interacting with all customers, and handling their inquiries, as well as providing information about our aviation related services
 Responsible for point of sale transactions, email, and other computer related tasks
 Setting up customer car and hotel reservations
 Maintain the cleanliness of the reception (FBO) and concession areas, as well as other various duties
​Qualifications:
 Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (aviation experience a plus)
 Ability to build rapport with clients
 Ability to prioritize and multitask
 Positive and professional demeanor
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Basic math, computer, and phone skills are necessary
 Professional and clean appearance is a must
 Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
 Must pass a TSA background check and screening
 Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
 Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
 Pay $14 to $15

Outdoor, construction position; must have valid drivers license; prefer applicants local to NW Ohio. Many of the hours worked is driving a pickup and trailer from state to state (lots of highway miles); must enjoy driving and have ability to pull trailer with skid steer. Willing to learn how to safely operate a skid loader and pull a trailer with a DOT Medical card. A typical work week may be 70+ hours (includes drive time)
