You wouldn’t wait until you had a health issue to buy Health Insurance would you?
Take care of your family especially if they rely on you financially. Don’t compound an emotional loss with the Financial one.

Term life insurance provides protection for a specific period of time (the term). This is often 10, 20 or 30 years. Term life insurance makes sense when you need protection for a specific amount of time--for instance, until your kids graduate from college or your mortgage is paid off.
It is very affordable while young and healthy. Possibly even less than you spend at a coffee place each month!
