As the 2016 & 2019 President and past Education and Membership Chair of the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, Vanessa has been instrumental in brin
ging interesting and varied seminars for the education of all the members. As a Director to the California Escrow Association, she was a voice that brought regional concerns to the State level. Vanessa is also a member of the American Escrow Association and the National Notary Association. She handles escrow transactions for sales of residential, commercial, manufactured homes and REO properties, along with Refinance and Reverse Mortgage transactions. In 2012, Vanessa was recognized by the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS (WSGVAR) as their Affiliate of the Year and the 2023 recipient of the President's Award by the Arcadia Association of REALTORS (AAR). She has served on several committees for both the WSGVAR & AAR boards, including the Global Business Council, Young Professionals Network, Community Outreach and Housing Development, Events4Charity, and currently serves as AAR's 2024 Affiliate Chair.
