Member Service Representative (MSR)

The Arcadia Credit Union is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented individual for our full-time MSR position. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

General Duties: Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Open accounts for members and professionally handle the members’ daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

Requirements: Good computer and math skills. Ability to represent Arcadia Credit Union in a positive manner while promoting our products and services in the communities we serve. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with our members. Must have Saturday availability. Fluency in English is required.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Work Experience: Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred but not required.

Arcadia Credit Union is donating a charcoal grill and a few grilling essentials for the event’s silent auction. 🔥🍗

The Poker Run takes place Saturday, September 19, with raffles, a silent auction, bingo, DJ & karaoke, a charcoal chicken dinner, and more — all while supporting a great cause in our community.
