“Regional Marketing Directors Ted and Zoua Terio did not begin with financial expertise, a powerful network, or complete confidence. Zoua was balancing a full-time job with long days running a bakery, while Ted spent years working demanding hours in the food industry before a serious injury showed him how quickly an employer could place his future outside his control.

Together, they chose to say yes to the FFS opportunity. They learned through imperfect appointments, continued after hearing “no,” and transformed their first Leaders Convention experience into a mission to educate and elevate their community. This year, they achieved one of their earliest FFS dreams by earning their place at the Champions Club Luncheon.

Ted and Zoua reminded the LC26 crowd that momentum is build one decision, one conversation, and one family at a time — not by superheroes, but by ordinary people who refuse to stop moving.”

We at Terio & Associates may not have boots on the ground personally as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and preparing for our Leaders convention, but our hearts are with everyone impacted by the tornado. We’re grateful to be able to provide financial support to Little Siam so they can continue preparing and delivering meals to families in need. They were able to feed 200+ families!

Sometimes the greatest impact comes from empowering those already doing the incredible work. Thank you, Little Siam, for serving our community when it’s needed most. We’re honored to play a small part.
