I appreciated the chance to attend this Fox Cities Chamber–hosted event on April 15th. These programs don’t happen without strong collaboration and community support.

Yesterday, we celebrated an incredible milestone and an even more incredible career.

After 13 years with Johnson Financial Group and a remarkable 30-year career in financial services, Kathy Sahli officially retired on March 13, 2026. Throughout her time here, Kathy exemplified what true partnership looks like — serving as a trusted relationship‑builder, an example setter, and a compassionate presence for colleagues and clients alike.

Her ability to build trust, lead with integrity, and consistently do the right thing left a lasting mark on our team and this organization. Kathy strengthened relationships, elevated those around her, and set a standard that will continue to guide the work well beyond her time here.

The impact she made is evident in the people she worked with, the clients she served, and the culture she helped shape. Those contributions will continue to carry forward as the team builds on the strong foundation she helped create.
