We couldn’t make what we make happen at Steadfast without the hard work of these two individuals right here. Big shoutout to Madison and Tara — and don’t forget to thank the processors in your life.

The Steadfast Mortgage Team is lucky to partner with some of the best loan processors in the country!

They said it couldn't be done, but this week, our branch's two main processors -- Madison Avolio and Tara Olson -- just capped off an incredible 2024 by getting two loans clear to close in less than three weeks...during the holiday season!

I submitted a new purchase contract to Tara Olson on December 10. This loan just funded about 30 minutes ago, only THIRTEEN BUSINESS DAYS after we got the contract. This was a purchase contract that needed a full appraisal, and Tara STILL closed it one day early!

They weren't racing, but Madison just got a clear to close on a loan even faster! I submitted a separate purchase contract to her on December 16; this loan will close and fund tomorrow, only NINE BUSINESS DAYS after we received the contract. This was, again, a loan that needed a full appraisal. The stakes were even higher on this one, since if we didn't close in 2024, the buyer would have to pay the seller several thousand dollars in fees.

I am so thankful to work with two of the awesomest ladies in the business. I can't wait to see what the Steadfast Mortgage Team can do in 2025!

You didn’t think I called myself the Mortgage Wizard for nothing, did ya?

I had a wonderful time helping run a Halloween pinball tournament at The Kickback in Middleton (at the new Middleton Market!) Lots of lovely people came out in costume and lots of pinball was played!

I’m sure this isn’t the last time you’ll see me in this garb, either 🙂
