Stressing over rates? Let’s put them into perspective. 6.75% vs. 6.25% sounds like a BIG difference.

On a $250K loan, it’s about $82/month in principal & interest. That’s basically one “I’m just going to run into Target for one thing” trip. 😂

So before you put your home search on hold because of a rate, ask yourself:
Does the house work?
Does the payment work?
Does the location work for me?

Because the lowest rate doesn’t always mean the best home, the best location, or the best opportunity.
Run the numbers. Look at the whole picture. Then make the decision that makes sense for you.

I’m so much more than a mortgage lender. ❤️

I’m someone who believes in living life to the fullest - laughing often, making memories with my amazing family, traveling, chasing new adventures, and saying yes to experiences that make life more fun. I’m a live music lover, a proud roadie for my fiancé’s band, Curious Crow, and one very lucky grandma. 🥰🎶 I love trying new things (at least once 😉), having a good time, and never taking the people and moments that make life special for granted.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people, adventures, music, laughter, and love that make my life so full. Here’s to saying yes, turning up the music, and making memories along the way! ✨

We had WAY too much fun with this pose challenge! And if you’re wondering why Jackie is just casually existing as a stick throughout these…let’s just say her injury history from our previous challenges has earned her a well-deserved spot on the sidelines. 😂

But honestly, our team is always up for a challenge - whether it’s nailing a ridiculous pose, taking on the recent Star Challenge, or tackling the real challenges that come our way every day. Tough mortgage scenario? Bring it on. A client gets denied by another lender a week before closing? We’re on it.
Identifying potential problems before they arise? That’s where our team really shines. We’re constantly looking ahead, finding solutions, and doing everything we can to keep the process moving toward a smooth closing.

We may not always nail the pose, but when it comes to our clients and their goals, we’re always ready for the challenge. There’s never a dull day on our team - and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💪🏡

Boring team, what's that?

While mortgage loans are our top priority, having fun is a pretty close second. One of the greatest blessings of building a team is creating a group of people you genuinely look forward to seeing every day. I'm so grateful to have built a team that works hard, laughs a lot, supports each other, and makes every day better.

There are so many important details that go into the home loan process, and none of them should ever be overlooked.

This is a story from a few months ago that was truly heartbreaking for me to hear. It's also a perfect example of a situation that could have been avoided if the proper steps had been taken.

It's an important reminder to every lender that these aren't just files or transactions. These are real people, real families, and real lives that we're helping shape. Taking the time to carefully review every detail of a borrower's situation can make all the difference and help prevent situations like this from happening.
