Sometimes business ownership looks like a toddler in your office who is a little too sick for school but wants to be near mom.

I think 4 might be a little too young to leave her at home alone watching Maury rerunsā€¦ so to the office she goes!

If you see a little face at the office today, say hi to this very shy little person!

I sat down with a customer today. She had something major happen to someone she loves and she reminded me today - life is short and fragile.

She handed me this without explanation.

And itā€™s just another reminder that your insurance agent does matter. When the worst situation happens you want to be able to call your office and know this is a team that has your back. They know you and will do everything they can to take care of you.

It makes a difference.

Why does this review mean so much to us?

Because this customer had every reason to be upset and confused. Their billing was getting higher- which prompted us to do a review and this altered their bill more. Ultimately it will help but it got a little sideways in the process.

We extensively researched why the bill didnā€™t make sense on the surface and explained to her in depth. In the end itā€™s beneficial and thatā€™s what matters!

This is what makes us different. We got the chance to give her options, explain something that didnā€™t make sense . And at the end she left this review unprompted šŸ„¹šŸ„¹

Our hearts are so full. Thank you for leaving feedback for us šŸ¤we always hear it

As insurance people, we prep for these weeks. We train extensively, take classes and walk through word tracks.
But then it happens. And words fail to convey how much it all sucks for everyone. And how badly we want to make it all go away.

I fully expected chaos and was met with calm. As I said to my customer last night- donā€™t be afraid, because Iā€™m not. This is what I do and Iā€™ll be here every step of the way until you donā€™t need me.

This week has taught us that communities truly step up and make things better. The donations, the food trucks, the families showing up with chainsaws, the people cleaning up wreckage.
Iā€™ve answered calls to customers whoā€™ve lost their homes and their comments are purely- thank you and how kind our team is.
Their focus is normalcy. And they meet us with kindness. That midwestern nice šŸ„¹šŸ„¹šŸ„¹ the absolute best!

Grateful and hopeful normalcy comes soon for so many!

And just a PSA- this is peopleā€™s worst nightmare. Their homes taken away. Try not to take photos and gawk at them. This is incredibly personal and I just want us to remember to protect that šŸ«¶šŸ¼ ok Iā€™m done šŸ„°
