Five years ago, my good friend and colleague, Jared Petska, made a decision that changed the course of his career.
He left a management role to build something of his own—a financial planning practice centered around helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

One of the best parts of my role as a Growth & Development Director is seeing stories like Jared’s unfold. Not because everyone should become a financial advisor, but because I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when talented people bet on themselves and are willing to pursue something bigger.
