The Federal Home Loan Bank just announced an increase in their grant program to $10,000 for 2023! This is a fully forgivable grant that can be used towards down payment/closing costs for qualifying borrowers. It can be accompanied with loan programs including conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, WHEDA, and any additional first-time home buyer specific programs!

I recently worked on a purchase transaction in which Travis was the listing agent.
