According to the developer, the community is expected to bring more than 2,300 annual jobs to Apex over the next decade of development, resulting in $1.6 billion in cumulative labor income over the 10-year construction period. This project has been in the works since 2011.

When completed, the project will include 1,500 multi-family units, 1,100 single-family homes and townhomes.
