⚠️ BE AWARE OF IMPOSTERS ⚠️
Fraudsters are becoming increasingly convincing and may pretend to be Antwerp Exchange Bank, another financial institution, a government agency, or even someone you know.
Before taking action, STOP and VERIFY.
A few important reminders:
• Do not trust caller ID alone. Scammers can make a call appear to come from a legitimate business or phone number.
• Never provide your online banking password, debit card PIN, or one-time security code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
• Never withdraw cash, purchase gift cards, send a wire, transfer money, or move funds to a “safe” account because someone tells you that your account is at risk.
• If someone contacts you claiming to be from Antwerp Exchange Bank and you are unsure, hang up and call your local branch using a phone number you already know or obtain directly from our official website.
• Be cautious of anyone creating a sense of urgency, fear, secrecy, or pressure to act immediately.
Remember: Taking a few extra minutes to verify a request could protect you from losing your money.
🔐 Stop. Verify. Protect Yourself.
If something does not feel right, please contact Antwerp Exchange Bank directly. We would much rather have you call and verify than become the victim of a scam.
We’re not just bankers. We’re neighbors.
