In need of a Customer Service Representative at an established insurance agency in Antioch, Ca.

Primary Responsibilities
• Daily interaction with clients via phone, email or walk-ins.
• Answer incoming office phone calls
• Processing new business and renewal policies
• Opening mail daily Qualifications
• Prior experience with & proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior use of Agency Management System (AMS) – Willing to train
• Must be able to work in office – Covid-19 compliant
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and phone etiquette are a must

Part Time Work
• Location: Antioch, Ca.
• Typical start time: 9:00AM
• Typical end time: 2:00PM
• NO medical or dental currently
• Work Remotely – No

• Social distancing guidelines in place
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Please rest assured that even with the unfortunate passing of Twin Rivers Marine Insurance Owner Gary Clausen, the office will remain open as Gary would have wanted. Doug Rader is still here to assist with any Commercial business quotes or questions. Our agents Shannon and Roy will be here to assist with all of your Marine needs and our wonderful staff will be here to answer any calls and questions you may have.

I write to you with the sad news that Gary Clausen has fallen asleep in the Lord. He journeyed home to God on Monday, July 25, 2022 and leaves his beloved wife, Mary, son, Andy and daughter in law Kristina.
Gary was very active with the Knights of Columbus Council at St Ignatius Catholic Church in Antioch, CA..
Gary was the Founder and Partner of Twin Rivers Marine Insurance located in our Antioch Marina at the foot of "L" Street on the river shore.
Please keep Mary, Andy and the entire Clausen Family in your thoughts and prayers
Memorial Funeral Liturgy for Gary.
You are most welcome to join us in celebrating his life on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., followed by a light reception in the parish hall.
