We don’t need data centers, to power the AI, for business and home use.

We need AI data centers, to handle the social load, of tracking what 350M people say, on social media, and to track where we do our shopping, traveling, and socializing.

I feel like that’s been lost, in all of this.

This is all for Products like Flock, not products like ChatGPT.

 The whole thing feels very evil to me. It feels like it was designed for Abuse.

Mortgage rates are sitting just above 6%.

It looks like the Fed is ending quantitative tightening, and preparing for a fresh round of quantitative easing, so we may see some further rate reductions later, just to keep the cost of money printing under control.

Have new construction thoroughly inspected, by your own private contractor.

You may have to go with them, and get aggressively in the face of a site supervisor, to make sure it happens. Sadly, it’s probably going to get like that, because they know very well what they’re building isn’t up to code.

That’s $600 very well spent.

They really don’t build them like they used to.
