Strawberry Seismic Cake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
½ cup powdered sugar for dusting
Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in strawberries. Pour over crust.
Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Serve: Dust with powdered sugar, add whipped cream if desired.

Bail Agent Position
Temp to perm position. Filling in for agent on a medical break.
Must apprentice.
We are on call 24/7. Must live in close proximity to the Sheriffs department, 20 minutes or so. We write most bonds there. In office 5 days a week 9-4 Off Friday, Saturday and Sunday once a month.
