This last week of January was very busy. Congrats to my buyers who closed on their new home and my clients who got their contracts ratified. The ice may have slowed some of us down, but it didn't stop us from helping clients take their next step to homeownership.

I'm excited to share my clients closing. I was introduced to this client in August of 2024. We put a plan together that worked for her and 15 months later she is getting keys to her new home. Helping families and making a difference is what drives me. That's why I love being a loan officer, it lets me give back and help people achieve their dreams.

Congrats to my Military family who just closed on this awesome house. They came to one of my cosponsored home buying seminars and 6 months later they are getting keys to their new home. This couple with the help of their agent Amy Scott was able to buy this home and receive most of their earnest money deposit back. To sum it up they roughly spent a little over $1,000 to buy this house. What and amazing deal!
