A new era for home appraisals is almost here!

A new appraisal reporting standard called UAD 3.6 is coming, bringing an updated look and a more consistent way for appraisers to report information about a home.

The new format is designed to provide more standardized property data, more detailed information about a home and its characteristics, and a clearer, more consistent appraisal report.

For homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals, the biggest thing to know is this: the purpose of the appraisal isn’t changing. The way the information is reported is.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more about what’s changing and what you can expect as UAD 3.6 rolls out.
