A good friend recently referred not just one, but two of his family members to me—his brother and his mom.
I had the opportunity to assist in refinancing a property into the son’s name, which freed up the mom to begin her journey toward buying a new home.
Now, we’re in the process of getting her pre-approved and actively searching for the perfect place.
