The Argentine Navy’s training ship Frigate ARA Libertad spotted off Annapolis Harbor earlier this week. She has visited approximately 60 countries, training over 11,000 naval cadets. She will be in Baltimore Harbor through July 10.

Woke up to dolphins swimming among the boats anchored on the Rhode River this morning. There were lots of sightings around the West River this past weekend.
