I haven’t been very active on Instagram for a little bit now, just felt like I needed to take a break. However, I had to come back on for this one….
and I have been friends for a LONG time, all the way back to Cape baseball in middle school. Close to 30 years; one of my oldest buddies. Friends through high school and into our early adult lives. He went into the Navy, and we caught up here and there but like most childhood buddies you sort of go out and find your self.
I had been in the mortgage business since 2016, but in 2020 joined the Severna Park First Home office. While I’m wandering in the lobby, I hear a voice I hadn’t heard in years… “Ayyyyy yo!!” (In classic Johnny C voice, iykyk) As fates would have it, bro had gotten his real estate license and linked up with the KW brokerage in my office. Ever since then we battled this RELENTLESS market. For 5 years we bounced ideas off each other, listened to each other’s frustrations, provided advice and perspectives, and had countless coffee meetings. Couldn’t have asked for a better sounding board, Johnny boy!
I couldn’t be happier for you guys on the move and am honored to have helped you but would definitely be lying if I said I wasn’t gonna miss ya pal! Florida’s calling ya’ll but don’t forget Maryland my boy!
BTW, You’re not getting rid of us that easy, make sure our rooms ready for spring break 2026!
