This transaction is very impressive!
The client was not happy with the previous agent and looking to hire a new realtor who will have his best interests at heart and help him to WIN an offer in a sellers market. Our good friend recommended me to him, we met at the house that he’d like to make an offer, I gave him an advice and strategies of making a strong offer, he liked my idea, I submitted an offer that day and our offer got accepted the next morning!! Woolah 🙌🏼🙌🏼
At closing, He ended up telling me that he was not sure if he wanted to hire me in the first place since This was not his first home and he already knows a couple of agents. End of the day, he was very impressed with my level of professionalism, responsive, hardworking and always kept him up to date from day one, he was glad that he chose me. This means a lot to me ..
