Our new website is NOW LIVE! We have worked long and hard to give our website a fresh new look as well as adding more functionality for our members.

With the new website, clients that previously made renewal credit card payments for their insurance will now have to log into their account to make that payment.

We are extremely excited about the “Chat” function to the website which will be active during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30 est.

Additionally, policy premiums have a 2% Surplus Lines Tax. There are some states where the Surplus Lines Tax is more than 2% and the clients in those states will see an increased tax rate as well as Policy Stamping Fee mandated by that state. The policy premium itself did not increase.

While we are still working on some functions of the website for Member Accounts (receipts and certificate of insurance); in the meantime, please send us an email if you need any documents you are unable to obtain from the website.
