❄️ Cold Weather Reminder: Frozen Pipes ❄️

With these freezing temperatures, frozen pipes are one of the most common (and costly) winter issues we see — especially in mobile homes.

How to help prevent frozen pipes:
• Keep your heat set consistently (even overnight)
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• Let faucets drip slightly during extreme cold
• Make sure exposed pipes are insulated
• Disconnect hoses and shut off exterior water sources
• If you’ll be away, don’t turn the heat off completely

🚨 Mobile homes are more vulnerable because pipes are often exposed underneath, so skirting, insulation, and steady heat are especially important.
