Don't let the headlines scare you! Since rates are up, purchases have slowed, but that just means more inventory to select from. There have been more price drops as well as an increase in seller contributions. The outlook for the DFW area is still very very good! Many large companies are moving to the area, and our massive growth is not projected to slow anytime soon. While it is still not a balanced market, inventory has been increasing and asking price hikes have slowed. This is a great thing if your in the market for a new home.
