As part of this year's CU Lunch Local celebration, MBC was proud to support 4M Venue, a local business that hosted our annual Discovery Day.

The MBC team recently came together for our annual Discovery Day, a chance to step away from our day-to-day routines, share ideas, and focus on how we can keep growing stronger as an organization.

From leadership updates and team-building activities to conversations about our values, new technology, and opportunities for improvement, the day focused on learning from one another and moving forward together.

On Tuesday, October 13, credit unions, leagues, CUSOs, and industry partners across the country are invited to eat local, shop local, and support the businesses that help our communities thrive.

While October 13 is the official CU Lunch Local date, the celebration doesn’t have to happen on just one day. Participate anytime throughout International Credit Union Week by grabbing breakfast or lunch from a neighborhood favorite, organizing a team outing, purchasing gifts or supplies from a local business, or finding your own way to support local.

Team Appreciation Week is one of our favorite traditions at MBC — a chance to recognize the talented people whose dedication, collaboration and commitment make what we do possible every day.

Throughout the week, our team came together for plenty of fun, a little friendly competition, great coffee and an opportunity to give back to our community. But most importantly, it was a chance to connect, strengthen relationships and celebrate the people behind MBC’s success.
