We have a position available for a cleaner for 2 Airbnb properties in Ann Arbor that are right next to each other. The properties are each 4 bedroom units, one has 2.5 baths and is 1800 sq ft and the other has 2 baths is 1300 sq ft. The pay range is $145 for the smaller and $165 for the larger. Sometimes both units will need to be cleaned in 1 day. Cleaning takes place during 10 am to 3 pm time on various days during the week and weekend. Each property takes between 2.25 to 3.5 hours to clean.

The pay range is $140-$210 and takes place during 10 am to 3 pm time on various days during the week and weekend. The job takes between 2.25 to 4.5 hours to clean.

Looking for someone to take in and take out trash and recycling bins to and from the street at 4 rental properties within 2 miles each of each other on the West Side of Ann Arbor and 1 rental property on the south side of Ann Arbor. 12 bins total for all 5 properties all standard size. Trash day is Friday for the 4 on the west side and Monday for the 1 on the south side. Trash will be put in bins already just need the bins moved to and from the street. Easy peezy. $65 bucks a week
