Most homeowners insurance policies now have a separate deductible for wind and hail damage and finding out you have Actual Cash Value instead of replacement cost because it was never explained to you is not a good feeling. Actual Cash Value only hurts when your roof is older and you have not had it replaced in over 15 years.

The Real Rats Wear Pink Golf Outing was a huge success! We had a blast on the course and we always look forward to this great event every year! Our next stop will be the Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti Regional Chamber Golf Outing and then the Relay For Life of Milan - Michigan. Of you are attending any of those events please stop by and say hi.
